So this is meant to be a fun fill it out form for all your song choices throughout the day.

If you’re unsure of any of these, don’t hesitate to ask me. If you only care about 1 or 2 songs (aisle + first dance) and are happy for me to fill in the blanks, thats ok too. I’am more than happy to. Anything you’re not doing please just put N/A in that box.
